I am convinced that Oscar van Dillen is one of the most important artists of the time. He is a talented musician, composer and theorist. I am honored to have him as a colleague of the Rotterdam Codarts Conservatory and as a friend. His compositions, recently interpreted by the Olduvai Ensemble, offer us a journey of contemporary music and geography. I sincerely recommend this work to the world of music and I hope it will find the opportunity to be widely appreciated.
